Land line is dead

On our wavelength

The service status shows everything is ok in my area, but the land line is dead: can't make calls or receive incoming calls.

Any ideas?

I am sorry for the landline issue. I can see from a system check that you have been recently converted to our 21CV phone service. Just to confirm, is your phone line connected to the telephone port on the router?
