My phone line has been dead since yesterday afternoon. I'm unable to make any calls out and have no dial tone. Incoming calls Go direct to voicemail. Checking the virgin website it says there are no known faults in my area but if I attempt to run a test it goes 100% it says test in progress but does not give an outcome of the test.
I have tried calling but the wait for an advisor is unacceptable.
I'd appreciate if someone could take a look at this and find out what the issue is and get back to me.
