Land line cut off when receive call

When I receive call from landline but as soon I answer few seconds cut off for no reason and no sound.

Welcome to the forums and thank you for taking the time to post. 

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with your landline. 

Please could you let me know how your phone socket is connected? Is this via the traditional wall socket or via the hub? Have there been any known outages in your area?  if still ongoing you can check here.
