Land land line not working

Hi,

My land line is not working but going on virgin website it is not finding any issues.

Not sure where to go from here.

Any help will be appreciated.

Hi

You need to call customer services and select the fault option. If you have a mobile with inclusive minutes call 03454541111 or if you don’t have inclusive minutes or need to use a payphone call free on 08001831234 and select option 4 then option 2.

It is likely there is fault at the street cabinet and your fault requires an engineer visit.

Welcome to the forums and for your first post - very sorry that you're having some issues with your landline. 

 

Have you been able to check another handset in the socket at all? 

 

If no issues are listed on our service status page, have you tried the self checks via your online account.
