What does one have to do to get a proper fix to no dialing tone on my landline? I have contacted Virgin twice to report the problem. Each time they have confirmed there is a problem. AS per online instructions I have checked the connection my main phone and plugged in another phone to the virgin phone socket. I have received two texts to say the problem is fixed, the service status states no problems and still, I have a problem. My line has been down for nearly a week now. I wonder who is not telling the truth and who is not doing the job properly. K Attwood. (disgruntled)
