Land Line Voice Mail!

Can someone please help me turn off my Virgin Media Landline Voice Mail?

I don't want it and have tried to get through the process which takes you in circles. Surelky there should be an option for you to decide yourself and not have to waste shed loads of time trying to contact an agent ???

HELP..  I just want it off and no voice mails to be left any more..  we have an answer phone if I want to use one.. which I don't..

Also, I'm meant to show as withheld...  Agreed that at the start of the contract... My number displays when callingf out to whoever I'm calling..
