No dialling tone, if rung from another telephone, doesn't ring and call terminates immediately on other phone.
No fault showing on service status. Unplugged and plugged back in, no change.

Sorry for the landline issue - it's a known outage. Fault reference F010388923. Estimated fix date is today at 19.25.
