Just switched to Internet , LG phone switchin to record on base, no ring tone

Hi All

Just switched phone to internet cos we have to

Mates just messged me saying my phone is going straight to answer machine (no ringtone here )

My LG phone was was perfect before I switched

Is there maybe a setting I can change or is this a fault on the line or a compatibility issue

Any help advice appreciated

Hi @g0fyd, thanks for posting and welcome back to our community.

Sorry to hear that you're having an issue with your landline service since your landline migrated to 21CV.  We've checked our system from our side and cannot find any issues.   Have you been able to test if you can make outbound calls? We have a lot answers in our FAQs, regarding the migration.  Is it possible to test another handset, without having to purchase one?

Strangely enough it started working ok, yes outgoing is fine

All ok for time being, will let you know of any further issues
