Looking at the screenshot you've provided it does seem you have itemised billing on your account. Are you able to download the PDF version of your bill? It should include your call charges as well as VAT.

Hi Hetty_R,

I am able to download the PDF, but it gives the same information as the detailed bill web page, as far as I can see.

It also says the same, about the threshold:

"Calls above your itemisation threshold (default - calls above 50p)"

- and also doesn't say whether that threshold is inc VAT or ex VAT, so that doesn't help (see previous posts).

Hi Joe_F,

As I said before, I don't use a mobile phone, and I would like to sort this out through the forum, as I was able to do before.

Every reply I get is from someone different and almost no one seems to have read what I said, properly, or even what each other said.

I now pay your company a minimum of £50 per month, and I expect better than this, for it.

Your system is actively blocking me from sending you a reply:

"You have reached the limit for number of private messages that you can send for now. Please try again later."

- perhaps it sent one already - I cannot tell.

It still * bleeps * out part of my address, which I provided, as being offensive.  It's my address.  It's not obscenity.  That still hasn't been fixed.
