I have been in touch twice with virgin media about this,no response,I cannot call out ,I have a dial tone,swapped phones,not working,I rang also on mobile,but by the time I got through,I’d used all my time available on it at the prices charged
I am sorry for the telephone issues you've got and I do wish to help you. Have you got everything fixed since posting?
If not, please click here to check any faults affecting your service. All you need to do, is pop your postcode in, and then any area faults will be listed. If there are none listed, or none relevant to the issue you're having, please sign in to the service checker with your My VM online log in details, and run the service fault test on the affected service (in this case it'd be the telephone line). From then, it'll either resolve the issue for you, or display a further message with the next steps to take.
