This is a month overdue but I want to say a big Thank you to @Steven_L for his help with porting my landline number.
I had experienced weeks of frustration and empty promises through the telephone support line and had been paying for two lines whilst waiting for a solution. Once I joined this community group to see if others had this same problem, I came across Steven_L responding helpfully to another member. Without his help I think I would have given up on Virgin Media.
