Hi Barzey,
Thanks for your post and questions around the new Hub 5.
As it stands, this is only in a soft launch phase where we're making it available to specific groups of customers.
If your phone line is provided through the Hub, are on a 1GB speed or have intelligent WiFi pods then as it stands you will not be able to have the Hub 5.
Once the kinks are all ironed out, you'll be emailed to upgrade to the Hub 5 when eligible.
