installed the new Hub5 yesterday and the land line inst working, no dail tone or no incoming calls. checked the the stats and it says, 'telephony error'
the phone is plugged into the back of the hub

Hub 3 and yes it was plugged in and working perfectly fine

There should not be an issue with it , can you try the other socket on the adaptor to see i8f it works?
