Hub 5 no land line

Tuning in

installed the new Hub5 yesterday and the land line inst working, no dail tone or no incoming calls. checked the the stats and it says, 'telephony error' 

the phone is plugged into the back of the hub

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to hear your phone isn't working now it is plugged into your Router, which Router did you have and was the Phone plugged into it and working OK?

Hub 3 and yes it was plugged in and working perfectly fine

There should not be an issue with it , can you try the other socket on the adaptor to see i8f it works?

Ive tried both ports on the hub and nothing
