Hi
I was offered the HUB 4, to replace HUB 3. Instructions advised me to connect landline into rj11 into slot 1. Previously it was in a wall socket. So I got a BT to rj11 converter cable, and connected it.
It says telephony disabled, when checking router settings. I have reset router , and still no dial tone, and still says telephony disabled.
Can you help please?

Thanks for replying so fast. no, my account has not been set up with voip I believe. Been with Virgin 16 years, and always had the landline plugged into a wall socket. It's the first time I've tried plugging it into the HUB 4.
