How do you report an outage to virgin media when your phone is done 

Landlines has been down for near a week and now the broadband is down

Well it may sound obvious but if you have a fault you can phone Customer Support and report it. If the landline is down you can call 0345 454 1111.

Hi @skeck 

Log into My Virgin Media at the top of the page, then click on Your Service Status and check for faults/run tests.
