How to report a temporary fault on my mum's Virgin phone
My mother has a fault on her Virgin landline. I am not sure if she knows about it and I would like to report it as I keep trying to call it and the message says 'there is a temporary fault on this line'. But when I put the number in the checker page, it says it is fine. So not sure what that means.
Is there anyway someone can have this looked into as I can't speak to anyone on the phone it would seem!

Sorry to hear that your mother is having problems with her phone. I will be able to look into this for you but you would need your mothers account information and for you to be able to pass DPA on behalf of your mother.
If you would be able to do that I can look into the fault via a private message, if you cant, please could you ask your mother to give us a call on 0345 454 1111 and we can get this looked into further for her.
