How am I supposed to report a phone line fault? The website sends me round and round in circles through the same pages, none of which let me actually report a fault. None of the web pages on My Account give a route to check the line or report the fault, every page always says "All services are operational in your area".
This is ridiculous. Who do I phone? (From a non-Virgin landline, of course...)

0345 4541111 can be dialled from any working phone, and is a landline-rate call.
