I pay £5 a month extra on top of my broadband bill for any time talk. I thought as long as you kept calls shorter than 60 minutes you were covered. I have extra charges this month and know I haven't exceed 60 minutes.
Has something changed?

What does your bill say the extra charges were for? Calls to 'wi-fi' mobile numbers sometimes generate unexpected charges for 'Anytime' users.

Hi Rondy,
Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you've have extra charges added to your bill this month.
Talk More Anytime includes calls to landlines, mobiles and 0845 / 0870 numbers free of charge as long as the call is under 60 minutes. If you have dialled an 0843 number or exceeded the 60 minutes by even 1 second then charges would apply.
If you would like further information on the number called, please let us know and we can pass data protection with you and provide that information.
Thanks,

Hi Rondy,
That's not problem.
I will need to pass data protection with you so I have sent you a private message regarding this. Just click on the little plum envelope at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox.
