How do I report fault on Home Phone if I am not using a Virgin Phone
All help screens for Home Phone are for Virgin Home Phones, I do not have this I have a BT phone but I rent the land line through Vergin Media. I am not receiving calls but If I dial from Mobile it sounds like phone ringing but the phone is silent. The problem appears to be the land line

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.
My apologies for the landline issue. No issues are showing currently on the system. However the router has been up for nearly 30 days and I can see the phone is plugged in via that. Can you unplug the router for me and then wait two minutes before re-plugging in.
