Hi there,
Since we've had the hub installed, the house phone keeps bleeping. It's not the voicemail and we are able to receive and make calls just fine. Can yhis be looked into.

The Hub appears to be accepting Ghost Calls / Direct IP (SPIT) calls from the public internet.

Thanks for confirming. Can you confirm it's definitley not the phone, not an alarm connected to the internet that's on low power?

Have Virgin confirmed this is the issue? If so why is it still happening, its an easy fix?

It's definitely the phone, this issue only started since we moved over to virgin.
Any ideas or help to resolve this? Will an engineer need to come out?

What phone model is it?
Have you looked in the phone manual first of all to see what advisory tones are available and what the phone might possibly be signalling?
