Home phone number port request

I wish to port my existing home phone number to my virgin account buy can not find a customer services contact link or any information for that matter. I have contacted customer complaints but they refer back to customer support. I just want to organise a number port to my virgin home phone.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Forums. It's great having you on board with us in the Community. 

You are able to bring another number over to your Virgin Media account but to do this, the number will need to be active with the other provider. 

We can arrange to do this via the forums. To do this I will need to pass data protection with you and also get some information regarding the number. I have sent you a private message regarding this. Just click on the little plum envelope at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox.
