Home phone not working

Hi,

About a month ago we had a power cut in the area. When power returned we noticed that we'd lost CLI and the line was very crackerly.

Not long after, we don't use it very often!, the line went dead. The dial tone did return occasionally but soon died when you tried to call a number.

While I've appreciated lack of spam calls, I could do with it working again.

I am sorry to hear you are having issues with your landline. I have managed to locate your account and can see your line is non-contactable so we will need a tech to come and check this for you 🙂
