Hello I am Posting on behalf of my 97 year old grandfather.

He only has a virgin home phone and had a recent outage which was last week.

when the service resumed he could make outgoing calls but the phone wont ring on incoming calls but they ring on the callers end and if I pick up his phone while phoning with my mobile it connects just no ringing sound when they are phoned.

I have change the phones with new ones and they still don't ring.

I tried 150 to report the fault but he either does not have a password or being 97 years old cant remember it. so is there a way I can report this fault without going through the password thing.
