Hi, we recently got a new virgin media hub. And then our home phone connected to the wall socket stopped working. So, I plugged it into the hub but still no luck. No dial tone. Any help?

To confirm, did you try the handset in the master socket?
Have you been able to try an alternative handset?

Thanks for your quick reply.
Yes, already tried another phone in the wall socket. But no luck.
We have a binatone wireless phone and never had any problem with it before.
