We experienced a 2 power failures yesterday around 6:30PM on Friday. All services returned except the landline - not ring tone. This has happened before. We require the landline for medical resasons. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Sorry to hear of the landline issue. 

 

Are you plugged into the master socket? It will have a larger socket and contain a logo of Virgin Media, NTL, Telewest or Nynex. Any extension sockets will be smaller and have no logo.

Thanks for coming back to me. Okay so there's now a known outage saying the following; You might find that your Virgin Phone service isn't working at the moment. We are investigating and working to resolve as quickly as possible. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

 

The fault reference number is F009208903 and the estimated fix date is today at 20.05.
