Home Phone Not Switching to Voicemail

We changed our tariff and since then, our virgin landline answer service does not switch to voicemail. It just keeps ringing. If we dial 1571 we get 'Welcome to Virgin Media Voicemail, you have no new messages'. We have tried all the solutions we can find on line but nothing is working. Any ideas of how to fix this as we really need this service back

Hi @brid1,

Thanks for your time via PM.

We've added the free voicemail feature back on for you and it should usually activate within 24 hours 🙂

If you have any issues after tomorrow, let me know.

Have a lovely evening!
