I had a new internet cable fitted last Thursday by a virgin third party engineer. On the day the landline was no longer working and the engineer advised that a virgin engineer would arrive later to re-connect via the main box within the area.
Since this day, I have had no landline. Engineers are scheduled daily, not arriving and being rescheduled a day later. Still not arriving each day. I am contacting virgin daily and simply being told to wait until tomorrow. I have raised complaints only to have one closed for no reason.
I am desperate as mu husband is in hospital and at times the hospital try to use the landline to contact me and assume I am not responding. Can anyone help me please?
