Help porting phone number from TalkTalk

I have recently moved to Virgin the engineer has been to do the install, when I asked about my number being moved over he said I had to contact you. I did opt-in to keep my number when placing the order with you.

can I get a update on the progress please as I’m in the dark and need to cancel my TalkTalk services.
