Going ex-directory

Hi there - we just got a new BT phone book and we’re surprised to see that we were listed because we thought we were ex directory. Please can you tell me how to go back to ex directory?

Thanks for your post and welcome back to the community. It's really great having you on board with us although we're sorry to hear that your number is no longer ex-directory. 

We can certainly get this amended for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you. I have sent you a private message regarding this. Just click on the little plum envelope at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox.
