Frustrated - mobile numbers cannot call landline

So I came over to virgin media 29 August. The signal around my home is bad but most frustrating thing that they still havet resolved is no one can ring my house phone from a mobile so far I've rung 6 times I've emailed and tried to chat to message bot. Has anyone else had this problem  and if so how to resolve this..otherwise virgin can cancel the lot and I'll go else where this is crazy 🤪

Apologies to hear of the calling issue. Is this all mobiles or those on a specific network, also do they get any error messages when calling your landline?
