FibrePhone not switched over

I was meant to have had my FibrePhone switch yesterday. Today it's still not switched and I'm still on the old copper wire service. Am I meant to have done something else other than plug the adaptor in?

All I am asking for is some clarification as to whether the switch went ahead as scheduled on 29th April and if my phone should be working via the adapter!!!

I can appreciate that, which is why a technician visit has been arranged for you.

Not me.. I've not phoned anyone nor booked an engineer.... still not working.

That's odd! Checking the systems, the notes do suggest that you did call this morning and whilst taking to the agent you advised it was working again? I'll send you a PM anyway so we can confirm some details and if needed arrange an engineer visit.

Thanks for responding to my PM @BarneyCatt and clearing security.

Okay, so it looks like there was an issue with the switchovers that were booked in for the South West on the 29th April.

Your switchover will now take place on 4th May 2022.

 I do apologise for any inconvenience caused and if you have any further issues tomorrow, let me know.
