Today is switchover day to fibre phone. I've plugged in the adaptor and the phone base station to the adaptor.
No dialling tone. Restarted the hub - still no dialling tone. How long is this switchover likely to take? Or should I be contacting VM to report the issue?

Forgot to mention - phone displays "line cord error".

Hi @Skippa, thanks for your post although I'm sorry to hear of your concerns.
On your switchover date, this can happen at any point in the day or night so it's possible that you may not have the landline until tomorrow at the very latest unfortunately.
Please keep us posted on how you get on, and if the phone still isn't working by tomorrow then kindly let us know and we'll be able to look into this further for you.
