Fibre phone letter not received

We received our adapter and were told we,d receive a letter to tell us when to change over - but we haven’t received a letter yet?

Welcome to our Community Forums! Thank you for your first post and I'm sorry to hear that you've not received a letter about the Home Phone Switchover process after receiving your adapter! 

You can follow the instructions on that page or on our Home Phone Switchover FAQ page to see if you're able to connect your landline to the Hub.

I do apologise that you've not received the letter about this. Please give it a go to see if you're able to connect your landline through the new way. We're here to help if you need further assistance.
