Fibre Phone Adapter

Hi, Please could someone advise how to obtain a replacement fibre phone adapter? One may have been sent back in May, but I can't now find it!!

I have called 150 several times but none of the people spoken to seem to know how to send me a new adapter.

I'm so sorry to hear that you have misplaced your adaptor, I'd be happy to look into a replacement for you.
