Fibre Phone Adapter - No Letter

Hi

I received a Fibre Phone Adapter through the post last month. It states I will receive a letter with my switchover date. I was expecting to receive the letter in the following days after getting this through the post, but it's now been a month, so I am wondering whether it hasn't been sent (yet) or lost in the post.

Thanks for your post, and a warm welcome to our Community Forums.

I'm sorry to hear you've not received any further communication regarding your 21CV Switchover. The letters tend to be sent out a couple of weeks before the switchover is live. I'm going to drop you a private message to discuss this further and confirm some details regarding this.

Please look out for it in the top-right of the Forums, in the purple envelope.
