I have been advised that we will move to VOIP in March and I require a new hub, probably time to change as still running Superhub 2 along with BT whole home (with no issues however).
The Hub and the Phone are on different floors but the phones are cordless am I correct in thinking if I move the phone base unit to the room with the hub I can then just relocate the remote units on the lower floor.

Hi speedway59,
Thanks for your post, and welcome back to our Forums.
If your phones are cordless, then you would simply need to do exactly as you've mentioned - which is move the home base from where it is currently located, switch it with the remote unit, and then plug the base into the back of the Hub into "TEL 1" - this should begin to work again as normal.
From there, you might need to have a bit of a Settings change if you've decided to name each phone (e.g Living Room, Bedroom, etc.) to match, but this is just a cosmetic feature.
Thanks,

Well figured out, that is exactly the way to do it.
