Hi. I am not receiving incoming calls on my landline. I called VM and was told there was no fault on my line and if I wanted an engineer to visit it would cost me £25. I bought a new phone thinking this was the problem but it’s still not working. I have tried the line check on my VM and this says there is no fault. Please advise!

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your landline service. We can understand this is not ideal and we want to best help.

Just to clarify, do you have a daily tone? Are you having similar issues with outbound calls? Also, have you checked your wired connections are secure and in good condition?

Hi. I can phone out. I have tried a different phone. Just incoming calls. Only have one phone socket and it looks fine. 

In this case, I will send you a private message to further look into this @Kazmaccc.
