Exterior Box Cover Rotted

Hi,

Tried using the online help but could not find a relevant option.

The cover to my exterior junction box has gone brittle due to the sun/weather and has broken into pieces, leaving the cables exposed. Can you arrange a new cover to be fitted please? It is the junction box mounted on the wall of my house that has the issue.
