Hi, we've been with Virgin on a bundle package for over a year but had a BT contract to end so continued to use landline with them. The BT will come to an end on 2nd December and I've informed them we'll be with Virgin. Do we have to inform Virgin that we're going to be using the landline part of the bundle from then on? Or are we already set up as we've been using the broadband and TV for over a year? Also we would like to keep our number but BT weren't helpful with that.
