I have recently written to Virgin Media, Sunderland, as my father's Executor, informing them that my father has recently passed away. I enclosed a certified Death Certificate and asked for the telephone line to be cancelled.
Virgin Media have returned the Death Certificate in an envelope with no correspondence.
I do not wish to post my father's details but would be grateful to receive advice as to next steps and to ascertain when the line will be disconnected.
