I started services with virgin media back in 2016. In 2017 I moved house and virgin media could not provide the services at my new address. I cancelled the contact and I paid what I thought was my final bill.
I have recently checked my credit file and Virgin Media have updated my file with a default back in 2017. The amount outstanding is £193
I am struggling to find my old account information. Can anyone advise how Virgin can help to resolve this? Will the be happy to remove the credit file info? I am happy to pay any monies outstanding but I don’t feel I have been informed about this debt accordingly.
