Deactivate Voicemail please

Hello,

My mother wants her voicemail de-activated on the landline.  She has an answer machine which she finds much easier to use and can see there are messages waiting.  Your voicemail often steals the messages instead and she does not know there are messages waiting then.

I have all her security details if you pm me as I manage her account for her.
