Crackling noise on Virgin landline

Hi,

We have had a persistent crackling noise on our Virgin landline for the last two weeks. We have tried the normal steps of connecting different phones and unlugging the landline to the wall socket and replugging but the crackling has persisted.

Does anyone have any other ideas for remedial steps?

Sorry to hear this is happening 

It sounds like you have done everything possible and the crackling will more than likely need a Technician out to fix

If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great
