Crackling and buzzing on landline

We're getting crackling on our line, and a buzzing throughout calls. I've checked with an old handset and this is the same. I've also tried different sockets. Please can someone check this out and fix it.

Sorry to see you are having issues with your landline, thanks for already checking to see if this happens on another handset as this is something we'd advise to check.
