How do you get hold of a landline to hub connector? Not received one and my landline no longer works.

VM should supply it.

from eBay it is one of these ... BT Socket to RJ11 Plug

Hi,

I'm not sure if I received a letter but definitely have note received an adaptor. Tried calling to request one but nothing has arrived.
