Clicking on landline, no dial tone - Lifeline attached!!

No dial tone on elderly mother landline, Lifeline attached, so will not operate if emergency.

Clicking on line only, service status for post code says ok, how do I get individual line checked?

I am sorry to hear there's no dial tone on your mother's landline.
