Check phone line - landline not working

I've got this message showing on all of my handsets at home 'check phone line' and can't contact Virgin via my online account to get this sorted. The service checker is showing no faults in my area.

Does anyone know a customer services landline number I can ring from a mobile? I can't ring 0345 numbers from my mobile provider without it costing me 

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

I'm sorry to hear you currently have no dial tone on your landline. We'll be happy to help with this. 

We can see that your landline service is currently showing as uncontactable, meaning that we've been unable to establish a connection to your services. We will need to arrange an engineer visit to take a look at this.
