I've started services with VM in April and I have home phone. I believe I am ex directory, and I use good phone practice by ignoring unknown numbers and using voicemail. I have been having a high number of unwanted, nuisance and somewhat aggressive calls, some of which may be personal to the previous occupant of my telephone number.
I have awaited in the helpline but I'm struggling to stay in the queue long enough to request a change. Can this be done via the community staff at all? Thanks
