The problem started today with one person unable to get through to my landlines. They got an unable to connect message. Now about half of the people calling me cannot get through. I can call out without an issue.

I have tried calling 150 but been on hold for 45 min twice, then cut off.

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with your landline. 

Are you able to let me know, is your landline connected via the traditional landline port or is it connected to your hub? 

Have there been any improvements since your post?

Hi there ot is connected via normal telephone socket. 

I see a few members having the same problem, and it seems vodafone mobile number will not work

Out of the 10 mobile number I have tried, only 2 will ring the landline

I have removed and then re added it on the switch.

It looks like this was not on the switch correctly, we have managed to get this resolved. Please let us know if you need any further assistance. - Chris
