Certain landlines cannot connect to my landline

I have recently changed my landline to now be connected via the hub.

Few people have told me that they are trying to call me on my VM landline but get a dead tone however when they are calling me my phone rings as normal but I cant hear them. 

This doesn't happen to other calls I get but only seems to occur on the same numbers calling me who are also on VM landline.

I am also having this problem after switching to internet connected phone line. Did you find a solution?

Thanks for letting us know this is causing you a few issues as well
